Location
Discover our luxurious modern villa which is located in the charming Istrian town of Ližjnan.It is within walking distance to the ocean and just minutes away from Medulin. The villa provides an impressive outdoor heated pool and is located in a beautiful and peaceful area that offers many opportunities for enjoying special moments with family and friends.
It is surrounded by lush Mediterranean landscaping that enhances the villa’s contemporary flare. Our house can be reached in 20 minutes by car from the Pula airport. The historic city of Pula, Brijuni National Park, Cape Kamenjak and other picturesque towns such as Poreč and Rovinj are all only a short drive away.
About Villa Levante
Villa Levante has 230 sqm of interior living space and easily accommodates up to 9 guests with 5 bedrooms (one that is suitable for handicapped or elderly). Three bedrooms with double beds are located on the first floor. In front of the house there are two available parking spaces.
Terrace & Pool
Experience memorable moments on our spacious terrace or in the back yard to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Ližnjan bay. Enjoy the Croatian sun and bright blue skies underneath the shade of an olive tree or on the roof terrace with a beautiful ocean view. The spacious pool is equipped with an integrated jacuzzi that offers fun and games and a place to cool off with a low water area for little children. In the pool area there is also an outdoor shower and bathroom. We also provide pool towels for our guests. The beautiful garden allows one to rest and relax between the scents of lavender and rosemary.
Enjoying meals prepared on the outdoor grill will make dining together an even more pleasant experience in the covered outside dining area. On warm summer evenings, when the sun descends on the horizon, giving glimpses of the approaching twilight, this is the perfect time to sit back and relax with a cocktail or glass of wine and revel in the colors of the sunset.
For those who would like to enjoy some recreational activities on their vacation, we have equipped our yard with a built- in trampoline, a ping-pong table, a badminton net, water volleyball net and additional outdoor amenities for children.
Kitchen & Living Room
The main level of Villa Levante consists of a generous open space which includes a state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a large double door refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine,induction stove and lots of other fine touches. There are plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses, so you never have to worry about having enough to serve everyone. We did not forget to include plenty of barware. There is also eco-friendly plastic tableware, for children and a high chair that is available upon request. The spacious kitchen island has a large working space and is an ideal place to sip a glass of wine while preparing meals.
Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 10 people. The dining area continues into a beautiful living room with a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV. The wood-burning fireplace gives this area warmth and a coziness that makes it quite unique. The massive sliding glass windows leading to the terrace and pool area bring in the perfect amount of sunlight and provides a lovely view.
Bedrooms
Villa Levante has a total of 5 luxury bedrooms which accommodates up to 9 people – one double and one single bedroom on the ground floor(the double has direct access to the pool area terrace), and three on the first floor. All rooms on the first floor have a balcony, where you will have the freedom to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise. For the ultimate romantic experience, go for the master bedroom with a free-standing bathtub located right next to a scenic window! Each room has its own bathroom with shower and is furnished with custom-made furniture which includes a closet, desk, king size bed,satellite TV, air conditioning,a hygiene set, bath towels and bed linens. A crib is also available upon request.

Discover Ližnjan in Croatia
